About Us

QuincyMarijuana.clinic — Massachusetts Medical Marijuana for the The City of Presidents

Built for Quincy

Quincy is Massachusetts's eighth-largest city and the City of Presidents — a community of more than 100,000 residents on Quincy Bay in the South Shore, the birthplace of Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams, home to Wollaston Beach, Quincy Center, and a vibrant Asian-American community. QuincyMarijuana.clinic is an online directory and telehealth scheduling platform connecting Quincy residents with CCC-registered providers for medical marijuana certifications under Massachusetts's Medical Use of Marijuana Program.

We are not a medical practice, dispensary, or pharmacy. We connect patients with qualified providers and guide them through Massachusetts's straightforward certification and CCC registration process — from Harvard Square and Central Square to Inman Square, East Quincy, Porter Square, and every Quincy neighborhood.

How We Operate

CCC-Registered Providers

Every provider on our platform holds an active Massachusetts license and is registered with the CCC Medical Use of Marijuana Program — including physicians (MD), certified nurse practitioners (CNPs/NPs), and physician assistants (PAs).

HIPAA Protected

All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Quincy patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.

CCC-Compliant

Every certification follows CCC regulations under 935 CMR 501.000. Registration at patient.massciportal.com is free from the state.

How Massachusetts's Program Works

Massachusetts's Medical Use of Marijuana Program, administered by the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC), allows qualifying patients to access cannabis at licensed MTCs statewide. A Quincy patient books a live video appointment with a CCC-registered provider who evaluates their condition. If approved, the provider issues a certification and Initial Access document. The patient registers free at patient.massciportal.com, and can purchase at any MTC within the same day using Initial Access. Program ID cards arrive by mail within 7–14 business days and are valid for one year.

Massachusetts does not maintain a fixed list of qualifying conditions. Providers may certify patients for any condition they determine to be debilitating, including chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, ALS, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, hepatitis C, insomnia, and others. Permanent Telehealth in Massachusetts

In November 2024, the CCC amended 935 CMR 501.000 to permanently define "Clinical Visit" to include telehealth. Under 935 CMR 501.010, initial certifications and annual renewals may both be conducted via live video at the patient's request. This is a permanent regulation — not a pandemic-era waiver. Quincy patients can complete their entire evaluation, certification, and registration without a single clinic visit.

Tax Savings

Massachusetts medical marijuana patients are exempt from the 10.75% recreational excise tax on MTC purchases. For Quincy patients spending $200 per month on cannabis to manage a qualifying condition, this exemption saves over $250 per year in taxes. Medical patients also access purchase limits (10 oz per 60 days) and dispensary programs not available to recreational buyers. Find licensed MTCs at masscannabiscontrol.com/where-to-buy/.
